They were so kind to us from the first day of our lease until the last day and even after that. Ms. Karen went above and beyond our expectations to settle the end of the lease and secure the return of our security deposit. We were renting the home of one of their clients, and this dude was off his rocker! He had threatened Kirschner and myself with court action based on his blatant and obvious lies. We rented the first two years with no issues, so renewed for another two years and that's when all hell broke loose. It's way too much to type, but long story short, John and Ms. Karen go by the law regarding tenancy. They are fair to whoever is abiding by the terms of the lease, whether it is the property owner or the tenant. Just happens in our case we were abiding by the lease agreement and the owner was not. Ms. Karen went to battle with and for us and everything worked out. I am so thankful for them, and I WILL NEVER FORGET, them and what they did for us 4+ years!

They told me they only run one application at a time and if you are qualified and have the deposit, you get the property. They always took care of the repairs within a reasonable amount of time and I never had any problems during my stay.
