We rented the first two years with no issues, so renewed for another two years and that's when all hell broke loose. It's way too much to type, but long story short, John and Ms. Karen go by the law regarding tenancy. They are fair to whoever is abiding by the terms of the lease, whether it is the property owner or the tenant. Just happens in our case we were abiding by the lease agreement and the owner was not. Then as I see with several other reviews I was scammed out of money by being sent to the attorney. WE ALL HAD AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS and somehow we still ended up getting scammed out of $400-$500. When speaking with them I was told I missed the payment therefore it was on me. So their systems are allowed to fail, they are allowed to ignore your requests for updates or information on the missing payments, once they decide they no longer want to interact with you they ignore you and consequently forward you to the association attorney. If you wish to complain to the board there's no access to them except via the person/company I am trying to complain about. They are corrupt to their core and I hope to goodness our HOA moves on to a different management company who isn't ripping off the residents time and time again due to an accounting/system error ON THEIR END. If someone is reading this and this has happened to you, report them to the state. Maybe it is all property management but these people are snakes in the grass and I hope they have the day time they deserve in this life.
