On our first visit, I thought he was just going over our documents and entering our contact information into his system. All the while, we were having wonderful conversations about this, that, and the other thing. After about 45 minutes, he stood up and went to the printer to retrieve our completed tax returns, which he had already filed electronically. He also printed out forms and envelopes for our state and federal quarterlies, along with forms and envelopes for our 2024 tax liabilities. Great service. TurboTax does this too, of course, but it was taking me two full days to get everything they way I thought it should be, and then another half a day with my wife looking over my shoulder to make certain we were submitting accurate returns ... hours of utter stress. BEWARE! George is a thief and committed FRAUD with our taxes. We were new customers and left his…read moreoffice last October with paper work stating we would get over $1,600.00 and only ended up getting $187.00 deposited into our account. We couldn't contact him until January because they were closed for months. When we did get in contact with him he told us 2 different lies to try to cover himself and printed us out a whole new packet saying we were now getting $650 back. We didn't understand how that was possible when we left his office with a totally different refund amount but we were willing to take anything at this point. Then we called State of CA who said they did in fact deposit the money into the bank account he uses, he just hasn't paid us what is owed. He has now been ignoring our phone calls since January.
