My husband and I have been going to Lisa for several years…read more This year, we were told that they didn't want to do our taxes since we complained last year. At first, we were confused then we recalled what the issue was, they made a $5000, error on our return last year. They originally quoted us an estimate of how much we were getting back and when it was so low my husband questioned me about it. I wrote an email to Lisa inquiring about the dramatic difference from what we received the previous year. Lisa reviewed the return and found that my husband's out of state information did not carry over. She also indicated it changed the refund amount in our favor. When we came in to resign the returns, we saw the $5000 difference. Lisa never came out of the office, I asked if we could speak to her we were told she was with a client. That was a lie because we saw the assistant come out of her office upon our arrival and NO ONE was in there. We never received an 'I'm sorry for the error', or a 'good catch' nothing. I could have and would have been completely justified in complaining but we didn't! All I said, was that was a huge error, when we were signing. Despite that, we took our business back to her this year only to be turned away indicating that it was me who was unsatisfied. I believe the real issue is that it was the second issue we had because of their errors and they didn't want to deal with us anymore. I mean what kind of professional makes such a huge error and will not even come out of her office to speak to you, apologize or anything. We probably shouldn't have gone back but I figured it was caught whatever. It really bothers me that she would turn away a customer because of HER own errors. So, they changed the name this year, now I wonder if perhaps I'm not the only one they have screwed over and want to get away from the stigma. I rarely go online and write reviews but I felt that people should know what kind of business individual she is and the type of business she runs. I'm sure some people have had very positive experiences with her but if you have complicated returns involving out of state work I would be very careful and make sure to really pay attention. And don't complain about their inadequacies or you will definitely be turned away.

Finally when I got a hold of the person she Answered with such attitude I almost forgot who I was calling, and I had to confirm. She didn't answer the phone with the name of the company she just answered 'YES' so rude! When i asked with who i was speaking with she said 'Dont you know who you called' Once again how rude! I replied im looking to get a my documemts notarized. But with her having such terrible customer service I decided NOT to use Her business. I told her 'ma'am I don't know why you're upset but I'm just going to go now because I don't feel comfortable doing business with you. And replied 'Good I dont need you anyways' and hung up on me. Some people have such bad attitudes I wonder how they even have customers. I have never dealt with such a terrible company. I wush i could Zero stars. BAD TERRIBLE BUSINESS, BE AWARE AND DONT USE THEM!
