Not the best, staff only driven by paychecks but not the worst…read more My workers comp referred me to this place by location and the wait to be seen can be killer but not the worst as I used to be seen three years ago in Bakersfield, CA ant that was WAY bad and had so many bad memories there. I am on my last days on therapy and the therapist is a cool person but not very tentative at times but tries to attend each patient when he can. I got a foot injury at work and I am in the last stages of recovery, I am almost there to normality. Dr. Verma is straight forward but his staff needs to be show manners and respect, a lot of irrelevant talk and the eye-rolling-face-making when questions are asked can be annoying but oh well my time here will be done and never come back unless things change. I rate this place 3.0

Had an 11 am appointment for a physical, I didnt see the MD until 1:45!!! We need to take 3 more…read morevaccines, so we were sent back to the lobby to wait another 1.5 hours. To be fair, the MD is nice, but to spend a whole day waiting to take a physical is very bad!!!!! We overheard another patient complain about the wait time, the lady at the front desk stated that they see the patient based on acuity. Based on other reviews/ complaints, the most common complain is the wait time. Word of advice to management, please change how you see the patient or work on what you view as "high acquity." This is a Dr.'s Office, not a hospital. Obviously what you guys are doing and how it's done not working....

Yesenia who is supposedly the referral manager booked my appointment that she never put down and I live in Fresno. So when I called to confirm my appointment time they couldn't "find" me and it just so happened that Yesenia is on leave. No compassion or consideration from anyone. They're always triple booked and apparently don't keep tabs on patients or their appointments.

That's usually how it goes here and you'll be waiting for a while, so make sure you start a new book because you'll finish it by the time you're sent home wondering why you even bothered coming here in the first place! :(

After being here for over an hour already (with an appointment) I am becoming grouchy and more impatient by the minute. What the flip is an appointment for if you have to wait this long? This makes me want to change doctors for my kids, but then I remember how awesome Dr. Ochoa is and how graceful, patient, kind and caring he is. I love him as a doctor, but this is getting out of hand :(

If you try to call the office the front staff isn't friendly. The doctors here must have been trained on how to make your family members MORE sick because they don't care about anyone actually getting better. This place is terrible I would never recommend please take your loved ones elsewhere.
