I get my blood drawn every couple of months and then go back in to go over the results and make sure everything is good. Workers are masked and nice. It is clean and safe. The best time to go in is in the morning. It gets really busy. Packed to where you don't feel as safe in the afternoon. I walked in early at 9:40 am and they didn't take me in until almost 10:30. My appointment was at 10:15 and they didn't seem busy yet. The main thing is, make sure you provide extra time. It seems like it takes forever. A lot of waiting. I was finally put in a room and I sat there waiting and waiting. They weighed me and took my blood pressure prior to that. I waited another 50 minutes Finally, the doctor came in. My doc is Dr. Dhillion and he went over everything. Everything was normal except my blood count was low. The doctor is good! He said he wanted me to do another blood test for the blood count before I left and see him in a month. Make sure you don't have any timely matters after the appointment. You won't make it if you do. At least the doctor is good and the assistants are nice. I checked out, scheduled the next appointment and went to their lab area to get my blood drawn again. The worker was very kind and drew my blood quickly. I left after that, after a worker at the front desk wished me a good day!

I've been a patient of Dr. Sadlek's going on 4 years and she sees myself and my children, my son being 21 and a daughter who is 17 and 13. They absolutely love her as a doctor!!! One day my son came home from an appointment with Dr as usual I asked how things went. He said they talked about him getting the covid vaccine. He says Dr came in the room and asked if I had got it yet I told her no, she then said well you need to put your mask on correctly and keep it on while in office. He stated Dr explained to him why he should consider getting the vaccine and he told her he would think about it. Her response was when you decide and your ready just call to get scheduled and in the meantime you have to wear your mask and correctly in the office or I won't come in the room to see you. He stated he told her okay no problem, they finished the appointment and was on his way. Lol now anyone who knows Dr. Sadlek knows that she is straightforward when it comes to things. In my personal opinion that's one thing that makes her great. She doesn't sugar coat things for us she's straightforward when it comes down to it. She will listen to you, help you when needed, but she will not be your mama and treat you like a baby. So if your looking for a Dr to coddle you and treat you like a fragile child then this is probably not the Dr for you. She is amazing, awesome and my kids being young adults and teenager love her, I love her she's the best Dr we have ever had. The first time I met her, she was belittling me within 3 minutes for being organized, for listing out significant medical things or peripheral information that I thought would be helpful for my 'new patient appointment.' She literally ridiculed me! Not at all interested in the slightest explanation about meds or health concerns YOU may have. She gets pissy over the slightest inquiry labeling YOU as 'difficult.' She walks into the room and says hello WITHOUT even looking at your face or eyes... could not make a worst first impression. How does any medical professional start an assessment like that? Tired and needs to retire. She simply does not care and is quite happy to say as much. I've never been treated more rudely. (The TLDR: The operation feels like a nightmare. You are required to arrive early, which is typical…read morebut necessary here, as it takes forever to find parking, yet you still end up waiting 30-45 minutes to see the doctor after check-in. He sees you for ten minutes and then scurries off. Plan on spending upwards of an hour there in total, while only seeing a doctor for a fraction of that time. My personal opinion is between the packed parking and the overbooked appointments, the experience felt less like visiting top notch heart care specialists and more like being processed in a chop shop.) I started coming to this clinic when Dr. Woodbury transferred here I think 2024. Following his recommendation, I underwent heart surgery to fix my AFib, but the condition returned almost immediately. I felt terrible and generally worn down. After further testing, I was told we would have to repeat the surgery (mind you, they are billing insurance companies upwards of $500,000 for this), and it is really taxing on the body. I couldn't afford to miss that much work again, we pushed the surgery to later in the year. Shortly after I lost my high paying job that's hard to replace here in the CV. So when I returned to the doctor to reschedule the procedure, I asked for a letter to help me qualify for disability, which would have helped cover the COBRA costs that were eating me alive. I was denied with smile, and subsequently, I lost my insurance. I've since switched to the state's free healthcare, and frankly, there has been no difference in quality. I still feel terrible, but at least I'm not paying an arm and a leg for it, and I don't have to fight for parking. Now the clinic calls me because they claim I still owe them about a thousand dollars; I just laugh. My credit is already shot to hell, so they can get in the back of the line like everyone else. My take away is the doctors don't actually spend any time with you on these decisions, I'm sure you're patient #234,562 to them, but this a major heart related issue to you that affects your life, job, family. He'll glance at your charts for 10 minutes, seemingly make a snap decision and off to the next cattle to be inspected and processed. And that's it. I don't expect white glove treatment, but I do expect to be treated better than a customer ordering a #2 combo from a McDonald's drive through. Anyway, your mileage may vary from my experience.
