I am a very slight built woman in my 50's and get rattled easily, but my instruction and relationships with these gentlemen has easily been one of the best and most comfortable experiences of my life! My increased confidence, self-worth and love for and understanding of our underwater eco-system is immeasurable. Best part to this is, they are friendly and fun with everyone (of course Marc's corny SCUBA jokes are another topic)! Thank you Marc, Scott, Dive Masters and associated staff. I did not have a good experience with this business. Communication was minimal to nil. the…read moreowner/dive instructor didn't seem to really taken into consideration other peoples needs/customer service. I have been in both the billings and Missoula shop and have found that the people who were staffing the stores were not knowledgeable about their products. I also signed up to take the advanced open water certification course with this shop and was disappointed in the lack of organization and communication by the owner. He signed up too many people for the weekend courses and did not finish any of the advanced open water certifications. After we all drove to Utah and got hotels... There was quite a bit of attitude from the owner as well. I'm sure they have great products and I'm sure other people have had better experiences. But this was my experience and I felt that it was important to share.
