The trail can/could be a little treacherous for the hiking hobbyists but for a skilled hiker it is just enough. Not a long hike but the views are fantastic. There are steep narrow steps towards the end just before the views open up. The trails are well marked and easy to follow. There are two trails- a lower loop (easy) and an up and back trail (moderate).

The couple who own the grill area worked like crazy to keep the beers coming and feed us during a 2 hour rain delay. The course was in decent shape, and while the greens will get better with longer days, they ran true but slow. Most all of our guys loved the layout. We even played 27 holes one day and barely got the cart back to the barn before dark. We would play this again, but stay closer or in one of the rental on site.
