There was no litter and the bathroom was tidy. Interesting to see a local sheriff minivan stop in with three prisoners in chains. The cops checked that the men's room was clear before supervising them, reloading into the van and continuing on down the highway. I'd love to see a better turn at the entrance to slow people down and the return to the highway did not have a long enough acceleration ramp. But it worked well enough for me to merge without issue. The first time we…read morestayed, we found many longer-term residents, and many of the amenities like the pool were removed, but the park was still maintained. The second time we visited, it was during the pandemic so we did not meet with the staff but spoke on the phone. As we walked through the park, we noticed things were a little more rough and ready. We hope it was due to the employees staying home and not that the owners were giving up on the park. We had that same pull through, full hookup site both times we stayed. This is a good stopping point on our way west, and we hope to be back in town again.

It is in Ruston near the sports compound, again makes it nice for your RV needs. They have two lots, one with 10 full hookups, or the newly 2024 place with several more. The do not have a trash facility onsite but there are several trash bins within walking distance of the park.

Old school machines with old school weights. You don't find many gyms like this anymore. Also it was very clean which is a plus!
