Well times are really changing But I'm ok so far with their location But I have to let y'all know this location is slow And the same people that check you in will just pick up the phone and start talking smh Because they have the staff doing 5 different jobs at 1 time. We started talking and laughing about how we were addicted to their crispy steak tacos and kept talking and laughing about other things we had in common. He continued to treat me bad and was insulting me about myself and I couldn't even get a word in to tell him why the patient and I were laughing and chatting! I was so shocked and confused at being attacked by a doctor over something that DIDN'T EVEN HAPPEN and he didn't believe me when I told him that we were talking about our food cravings. I went a few times after that but he continued to treat me rudely and kept confusing me with other patients histories. He always asks about my marriage and I told him that everything was great and I'm so lucky to have found such a sweet guy. I told him how we get along so well, never argue and we always respect one another. He insulted me and told me that wasn't possible and it wasn't healthy to "not argue." They pressed (hard) when attempting to answer diplomatically. These are poor and antiquated prompts that don't allow you to truly get to know a candidate. The final follow up was unnecessarily prolonged and when feedback about the interview was politely requested, one of the interviewers responded by writing that they were no longer in the same role and didn't offer to help; the other interviewer has yet to reply. Advice: ask better questions, smile, don't play stump the chump and when you request honest feedback about your organization during what could have been a productive conversation, don't take it personal. Hire people that are smarter and more experienced than you so they can help fix your issues instead of dismissing them over minutiae.

An attorney came to me, I didn't have to go looking. Because the staff at this place has taken it upon themselves to deny me my medication for my diabetes. After three conversations with this person who refused to give me her name, she finally told me that I have to see the doctor, because I haven't seen him in more than 3 months. She could have told me that 2 weeks ago. After the experiences that I've had in the past, I was planning to make an appointment after I received my medication. Because they attempted to reschedule me on 3 occasions, because they overbooked appointments. Again, I'm tired of the racism! However, with this person putting my life in jeopardy, if I die before I find another doctor, at least my family will get paid for their negligence. It's too bad that the staff seems to think all Black males are stupid. The only reason why I came here is because I liked my doctor, Dr. Cone!
