WI-FI worked very well here, tv reception was ok but we have the power booster antenna that is need most every where now. I just recently joined him full time and I have to say I wasn't very excited to go to Ponca City, but we found this little gem and it was definitely worth the stay. Large concrete pads, very manicured grass lots in between the spacious sites. It's a little place, but fierce! Clean laundry and bath facility. Super friendly staff especially the owner, Tanya, who went way out of her way to accommodate us. There are a lot of parks including a beautiful botanical garden to roam around and a huge lake about 10 minutes away. I would gladly come back here. Oh sidenote....we have stayed at well over 40 different places and this is the first place to ever send us a handwritten post card in the mail thanking us for our visit! I wish I could give an extra star for that alone! Amazing!

All concrete drives and pads. Long pull thru's and a clean shower house. Only thing missing is a picnic bench and fire ring at the camp site.
