Overall we found the staff to be polite, friendly, and fluently multi-lingual. Best of all, almost everything was reasonably priced! Two items of special praise for the inventory at Casa Grande: their selection of chocolate bars was expansive (we purchased several multi-packs), and they had virtually every model of Swiss Army Knife in stock with on-site engraving available (we got one for every member of the family).
