I am so pleased with the All Weather HVAC company, and particularly Andrew, who came to our rescue…read morewhen the furnace stopped working. Another company wanted to replace the furnace and, thankfully, somebody in the condo complex (we are out of state) suggested we call HVAC. Andrew was great, he communicated well and got the furnace running rather than suggesting we replace it. He is honest and hard-working and knows what he's doing. If I could give him 10 stars I would! https://www.facebook.com/hvacallweather/

The fact is, just because someone leaves ARC Mechanical to start their own business doesn't mean…read morethey actually have the necessary competence. I never expected their team to be so terrible! On the surface, they seemed okay, but their actual experience and efficiency were shockingly poor. I happened to be away from the shop that day; I contacted them repeatedly, and although they kept saying they would arrive "shortly," they never gave a specific time. My staff suggested the refrigerator might be low on refrigerant or have a control system fault, but the technicians completely ignored this; they simply cleaned the condenser coils at the back and left without fixing the actual problem. The next day, I had them come back to top up the refrigerant, but the lead technician just stood by and watched while letting an apprentice do the actual work--normally, the apprentice should be the one observing and learning, while the skilled technician performs the task. The apprentice took far longer just to install the refrigerant charging valve than a skilled technician would have. Not long after they left, the same problem recurred. Later, I suggested it might be a thermostat issue, so they came back, installed a new thermostat, and left; however, before long, I discovered the refrigerator still wasn't cooling. I asked them to return, but they never showed up again. Yet, they billed me over $1,000 for those three visits--claiming they had already given me a discount. It's an old refrigerator that isn't worth much, so such exorbitant, unreasonable charges are completely unacceptable! I've been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, and I have never seen anyone do business like this.
