Despite having a lower offer vs other offers and not waiving inspection, the seller chose us. We know that a lot of factors are in play with regards to being chosen by the seller, but we believe and we know that without Eldon's help and effort, we wouldn't have this beautiful house of ours. Even after getting under contract, he was still present. He also helps in following up with our lender regarding updates of our closing! He's there up to the finish line.
