I would not recommend Armando Oyola based on my personal experience.
To be clear, I never hired, contracted with, or entered into an agreement with him or his company. During Hurricane Milton, I contacted him as a potential contractor regarding work on my property. We discussed the project and I provided information while considering whether to move forward with him.
In my experience, communication was extremely slow. There were a lot of promises about what could be done and what he would follow up on, but very little follow-through. I spent a significant amount of time discussing the project, providing information, and waiting for responses. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with him, no contract was signed, and he performed no work for me.
What bothered me even more was what happened afterward. He later publicly referenced private conversations and screenshots involving me while trying to earn another potential customer's business. I found that highly unprofessional and it reinforced my decision not to hire him.
I understand that potential contractors and customers may decide not to do business together. That's normal. But based on the communication, lack of follow-through, and what occurred afterward, I would not feel comfortable doing business with him.
Again, he was only a potential contractor I considered. I never contracted with or hired him, and he never performed work for me. Based solely on my personal experience, I would not recommend him or his company. read more
