The tech said someone needed to come out to measure our house to decide what to install. I told the tech they had measured our house the previous fall so they had the info they needed. When he left, our understanding was they were going to start the process - unless we got a call. Two days went by and we called them because we hadn't heard anything. They said they called us and neither of us had a message or a missed call. We had two extra days of heat because they dropped the ball. We understand, it's summer and we were facing the 4th of July, so we didn't expect an immediate fix. I wrote this in a review to the company and never heard anything in response to my complaints. We ended up going to their competitors getting a significantly lower quote and a quicker install. I have used this company in the past, but will never use them again.

Josh, our technician, was friendly, honest, and didn't mind when we wanted to ask questions about what he was testing or what he thought might be the issue. When it looked like the issue might not get solved that night, he was sure to ask about our comfort and whether or not we had a way to keep our house warm until the issue could be resolved. When it turned out we didn't, he brought us some company heaters to use. When we ended up needing to speak to Seth the owner, he was straightforward, honest, and personable. The issue was resolved as quickly as possible, and everyone was so kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. The integrity and professionalism at this company is so high.
