The girls are lovely but really unhelpful manager of you aren't complimentary despite sending photo evidence of a blow dry the morning after (mine normally last 5+ days!) Was told it was not the salon for me... bye bye , by the manager! Sad as an apology and rebooking would have solved the problem and given them a chance to put right the problem.

When explaining my idea for for my haircut, she listed intently, then looked through her phone, showed me a picture and said "Like this?" and just like that she nailed it. Amazing. She also was from Italy and many people that came in spoke Italian and it seemed nearly all the staff spoke Italian as well. It created a great European atmosphere and I just loved it. My hair is slightly wavy and very hard to cut evenly, it tends to stick out in weird angles. But the stylist managed to cut it perfectly, I can now make my hair look decent with minimal effort. A true hairdresser knows how to cut according to your hair type without causing any damage. My hair was cut by Ibrahim (I believe that is his name). We had a brief consultation and knew exactly what I was after. While cutting he made sure I was OK with the length that was being taken off. Once the cut was done, he blow dried the front area to check that the cut was exactly what I was after. Once approved, he asked if I wanted to get it styled. My response, "DEFINITELY." I was excited to see the end result. All I can say is WOW! Gave me the results that only two other hairdressers back in America have been able to achieve. 3 months on, my hair continues to look great, no split ends and I get compliments all the time. I am now due for a trim and will be getting the Keratin (Brazilian) treatment along with the trim. I also have to compliment Tale (director) who cut my partners hair. These two guys are simply amazing. We have searched high and low for him as well. My partner has fine hair and quite honestly, difficult to get a good cut that will suit him, look great with a tad bit of created volume. Tale was able to achieve just that. My partner arrived home after his cut and I could see little hearts flowing out of my eyes lol. He looked great! Worth the trip if you are not in West London (they are right across the street from West Kensington station). And their prices are incredibly reasonable for the masters that they are. You don't know me, I don't know you (reading this review) but if you want to have a fantastic hair cut and feel like a million bucks walking out of the salon, then head out to Moma ;-)

Walked in during the early afternoon and was pleasantly greeted at the front counter. They happened to have a professional available and I was promptly seated and provided with refreshments and chocolate while my stylist was notified. Ahmed magically appeared and asked what I would like to do with my hair today. He did an amazing job from the very start. My long hair was washed with so much care, it was so relaxing. It was obvious that Ahmed knew how to work with long hair, he brushed my hair efficiently and carefully (in my experience, many hairdressers tend to rush the hair brushing and end up breaking hairs in the process).
