Kyle and his crew were efficient, personable and fast. A week later I asked them to take down a massive dying ash right next to my house that had put a hole in the siding with one of its dead, falling branches. I watched as they carefully took down huge limbs one at a time, so as not to damage the house. Once again they were super careful, friendly, and efficient. Therefore, I continued to wait thinking the Owner might be running late. 10:00am then 10:30am, then 11:00am rolls around STILL NO SHOW by Owner of Farris Hardwood Services, even though his business is listed less than 5 miles away.
