Therefore, I continued to wait thinking the Owner might be running late. 10:00am then 10:30am, then 11:00am rolls around STILL NO SHOW by Owner of Farris Hardwood Services, even though his business is listed less than 5 miles away. Finally I call James Farris, the Owner at 11:00am. Upon answering the phone, I indicated that I thought (or rather new we had an appointment at 9:00am. Northern Tree Experts did a terrific job of taking down several pines and a maple that were causing…read morerot and holes to my studio roof, which and resulted in mold damage to the walls. Kyle and his crew were efficient, personable and fast. A week later I asked them to take down a massive dying ash right next to my house that had put a hole in the siding with one of its dead, falling branches. I watched as they carefully took down huge limbs one at a time, so as not to damage the house. Once again they were super careful, friendly, and efficient. And they cleaned up all of the branches and debris when finished. Their pricing is very reasonable, too. Can't say enough great things about this company. They really saved me a ton of grief!
