Booking: Nice easy, sign up system. Appointment scheduled same week, and photos turned over the next day. The photographer steven was very friendly, and communicated well in advance of appointment. Actual appointment and photos: I was a little concerned as the actual visit where photos were taken was a relatively short one (one hour for 24 photos). However, despite the brevity, the photos came out very well, and their CS was attentive to my needs..The photos came fast too, the morning following the appointment. Also was slightly surprised by the small watermark on the bottom left of the photos; however, it's extremely small, and not really visible...their dashboard system for follow up communications, and management of photos is cool, and makes it easy to book a subsequent appointment. Overall great experience, solid value, and would repeat.

They are no longer customer service oriented. Their customer service agents are nasty and unwilling to accept any responsibility for issues. The edits were subpar compared to what I am used to. Issues beyond my control which effected the photos were blamed on me. Based on this one experience, I will never use them again and can't in good faith recommend anyone else use them as well.
