We are a Cadillac and Chevrolet store that trusted this shop repairing a cylinder head for a 2017…read moreCamaro and they failed. Our customer came back to our store upset and saying we are "Not to be trusted". The machine shop ( Verde Machine Shop) used by our parts dept. made use look bad because of the poor job done by them. The head was sent back with new valve seals a second time to and was corrected. At this point all labor cost of doing the job twice was at our own expense and the machine shop did not cooperate with any assistance.

We came in for a starter and then she said my car would be stranded if they didn't change the serpentine belt when my car has 30 thousand miles on it, so they changed it without talking to anyone and added 300 dollars to my bill. I genuinely have never had a good experience at a fire stone don't take your car here if you actually want it honestly fixed. I wish I could give no stars
