Big fan of Aerofleet Services! Needed to get to Scarborough from the airport. Came out of baggage claim and spotted one of their cars. From the moment I rolled my luggage towards the car, the driver quickly came out and helped me with everything. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed that the car was clean and the drive to my destination was smooth. He was a safe driver and was wonderful to speak to. The night before I was to leave Canada, I called Aerofleet Services and reserved a pick up time. Just give them your phone number, address of pick up and time. They will give you a car number. The day of pick up, the driver calls you that they have arrived. The driver reached a few minutes earlier than my requested time. This is very responsible of them. A pick up at home, on time, sadly it was May 11th. an apology because the AC was not working and it was hot and unexpected! Had to ride with windows open. Pick up at the airport a week later was easy and fast. The cars are very comfortable and clean and the drivers are polite and helpful. A great experience for a stressful time for me. Wish Vancouver cabs were as nice cars as this, I'd consider taking more of them. It's not the cost, at least to me since it's a write off lol, but the cheap feel of the Yellow cabs, the smell, etc. Here, the car was immaculate. Not up to speed with my American sedans (I know their trucks though, love 'em) think this is a Lincoln, but very spacious, clean, leather seats. Seems high end but airport to DT is a flat rate of $55. They're more classier, I think, looking at their lack of decals or the lack of the Las Vegas style car top sign. Was the last fare for driver, so didn't say much at all, which was fine, being past midnite, we were all tired. Took the same route as my GPS ;) amex good. Will recommend over Beck's. read more

I have been a customer of their services for a year and a half and use their car services twice a week, every week for business travel. I have had a couple of issues with their service over the time period, but nothing that has caused me to want to switch companies. However, as of late, their service has become extremely poor. The drivers have been increasingly late for pick up (10, 15, 20 and 30 min late) and in some cases have never shown up! Not only am I not given a call to indicate my driver will arrive late (which could give me the option to arrange alternate transport in order to ensure I don't miss my flight), but when my driver is late, I am not given any kind of discount or additional care. I am charged a fee if I am late in arriving for the pick up, I would expect some kind of compensation if they are late as well. I have become very disappointed in my travel with Aerofleet and will be looking for alternative companies to travel with. read more

I vow to only use Aerofleet services for my trips to and from Airport from now on. They come on time, the chauffeurs are friendly and courteous. The cars are immaculately clean and have no weird smells in them. They charge government approved rates (you can pay with a credit card) and the drive is always smooth and stress-free. I used this service to get to the airport at 5am on a Sunday when the TTC was not operating. I had two huge bags plus, coat, plus carry-ons and the driver was able to help me with them, straight out of my house and into the car. The driver was pleasant, didn't try to make any prying chitchat but I asked a few questions and he was happy to respond. I was taken sort of an unusual route to the airport, south through Parkdale to the Gardiner. If I was on a metered rate I would have been upset since this route covers more kms than going directly northwest to the airport. But since I was paying a flat rate ($42) from the Bloor west area there was no issue and we got there pretty quickly. Of course, your experience will depend on your driver and attitude, but I was impressed with this service. read more

I have been using Aerofleet for years. With the new phone app you don't have to interact with their operators. Many are nice but some can seem rushed and not so friendly, as if they are paid based on the number of calls they can complete and in the shortest time. Use the app. Arriving at the airport and calling for a cal the main issue is depending on the time of day they take a long time to answer the phone. So you wait a long time to be picked up. Most all drivers are friendly and drive well but some of them think either it is the Indy 500 and want to win the race or other the opposite end of the spectrum have no care in the world. So it is often just a matter of luck who you get. They are 99% on time for the pick up and they are flexible if you want to change the time. There is room for some customer service training for their drivers. read more

I don't fly, but use Aerofleet occasionally as they don't just service the Airport & are about the same rate as a taxi with far more comfortable cars & much better drivers. Had them take me home from the Hospital after Surgery today & can't thank the Driver enough for making the terrible day I was having terrific! There's no windows in the front lobby of the Hospital, bit too chilly to wait outside & when the Driver called my cell from out front, I missed the call, totally my fault that I kept him waiting & wasted over 20 minutes of his time before even getting in the car. 10 minutes into the trip, I realized I forgot my Laptop on the bench at the Hospital, so the driver turned around, fortunately a Good Samaritan had taken it to the Front Desk where I retrieved it, which wasted another 20+ minutes of the driver's time, to my surprise, he didn't complain a bit, although had every right to. Had a pleasant trip home with a polite, personable, very safe & professional driver who insisted in taking my suitcase up the stairs of my home. I was so sorry & felt like such a jerk for wasting 40+ minutes of his time (after all, time is money) so I thought the least I could do was give him an even $100 for a $57 Fare that should have taken 30 minutes into over 1 hr 10 minutes. The driver wouldn't take the full $100 & insisted I take $20 back! Thanks so much to the Driver & Aerofleet (NEVER had a bad experience with them) for their understanding & patience with me today, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aerofleet, would give 6 Stars if the option was available! read more

Very disappointed with aerofleet service. We arranged for pickup from home to aeroport. The driver didn't show up when I called the dispatcher they told me the driver car broke down and won't be able to make it and they suggested I contact a taxi. very upset and disappointed with there service as they didn't even bother calling me earlier to tell they won't make it. Almost missed my flight cause of them if wasn't for my neighbor. Not sure why the service has been degraded in the past 3 years I have been using before in past 8 years but it got worsen lately ! The driver failed to remove our satellite phone from the trunk at the airport. My 92 year old father was in the Yukon when the phone's absence was noted. The phone was not returned though it's return was promised for either that afternoon or the next day. We were told "the driver was off work for 2 days and would not be driving." On Friday the office threatened to put the phone in lost and found. Eventually it was returned; thankfully in time for my son to take it to my dad. Got one of the cars (Car 97) at the airport to go to the hotel. Driver overcharged us and tried to explain the US-CAD exchange rate was $1:$1 (it's close to $1:$1.31 now). His credit car machine failed (lost connection) and he refused to retry the card. The fare was $20 CAD, and when we paid with USD, he insisted the exchange rate was 1:1, which we all know it's not. He refused to give me any change, or to give me a correct receipt showing the USD amount. One of the other passengers had already tipped him $3 USD, so we ended paying $23 USD ($30 CAD) for a $20 CAD fare. You can't have people working for your company that cheat customers read more

My parents recommended this company as they have been satisfied with the service. However, when I called to book a car for me and 3 cats to the airport, they wanted to charge me $6 PER cat on top of the $45 fare for no reason (no special care, special help, anything). When I asked why there would be an additional $18 fee, I was told "that's just the way it is." Um, no thanks. Booked Co-op instead who doesn't care that you have pets. read more

Please be aware that when you call in to book your car, the operators will tell you one price but the actual driver charges you another. The customer service is horrendous and I was told I should have called them when the driver was trying to charge me a different amount. The difference in fare would not have been worth me being late for my flight. I took the service both on the way to the airport and on the way home. Upon arrival, I called to let them know I had landed and they told me to call after picking up my luggage and hung up on me. If you are close to the airport, then do not use them. They charge a flat rate of $20 even if you are a mile away. I even told the driver before we left the airport which hotel I was staying at and if they had a shuttle (which they did). He was very rude and I even gave him a tip. Picked first available taxi at the airport, which happened to be Aerofleet. The ride was decent, no complaints. Dropped my phone in the car before I exited. Did not take receipt, did not know driver's name or car number. Called the company 15 minutes later, promised reward, told the exact times I got in and out of the taxi as well as destination. Was told by the operator that he will get in touch with the drivers and find out which car it was. 3 days and 6 phone calls later, I was told that it is impossible to identify the driver and no one has reported a lost phone. Their cars are clean, comfortable, and classy, and the drivers are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly... but they go well beyond all of that: A couple nights ago my flight was cancelled and I ended up on a late flight that arrived around 2:00am. By the time I got home, I was so exhausted that I somehow left my wallet in the taxi. The next morning, Aerofleet called me to say that they had found the wallet and were holding it for me to pick up at their office. When I went to pick it up, everything was still there - including $45 cash. I tried to give them the cash to thank them for returning the wallet, but they wouldn't accept it, and they seemed genuinely happy to have saved me the trouble that comes with losing a wallet. Charged more than Aeroport Taxi, for same distance and driver refused to allow us to use a credit card saying it will charge him 7% and said we would need to stop at an ATM unless we had "no sympathy for him" give me a break! When we got out we saw it right away it was missing and started shouting to the driver. No chance. We called the company right away. They can't do anything about it. Maybe tomorrow they said. I hate writing bad reviews! However, people should know that I called and reserved Aerofleet's "service" for a trip to Pearson Airport on Feb 11, 2015 and they NEVER showed up. We arranged for a 2am pick up and after waiting for 10 minutes I called to say I haven't been contacted by the driver. The dispatcher that answered said he didn't have any reservation. What a joke! I had to call a cab cram all my stuff in there in a rush. I will never use Aerofleet's service again. Sad part is that it was my first attempt using them to get to the airport. Left my phone in the cab. Call immediately to tell them, but the driver insists there is nothing in the car. Car #17. They could have at least have him come to the drop off and let me check... I called about 2 minutes after he left so he was still in the terminal area. Only reason I am 100% sure it is in the car is because I noticed my phone not in my pocket as he drove away. The phone has no value since it is old so I don't understand why he wants to keep it, but I am irate I have to redo all my settings. The other day upon arriving at the airport and about to pay my driver, I realized I left my wallet at home. I was frustrated, upset and didn't even know if I could get on my flight without photo ID. My driver Brar (Car 33), was extremely understanding and sympathetic. Rather than adding to my stress, he simply handed me his card and asked me to call Head Office and tell them what happened.
