    Big fan of Aerofleet Services! Needed to get to Scarborough from the airport. Came out of baggage claim and spotted one of their cars. From the moment I rolled my luggage towards the car, the driver quickly came out and helped me with everything. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I noticed that the car was clean and the drive to my destination was smooth. He was a safe driver and was wonderful to speak to. The night before I was to leave Canada, I called Aerofleet Services and reserved a pick up time. Just give them your phone number, address of pick up and time. They will give you a car number. The day of pick up, the driver calls you that they have arrived. The driver reached a few minutes earlier than my requested time. This is very responsible of them. The driver was also very friendly and I felt safe. I appreciate this companies quality service and attention to detail. If you're at the airport and need an Aerofleet car: 1. Call 1-800-268-0905 2. An Aerofleet dispatcher will give you a car number. 3. A car should be at the terminal in about 2-3 mins. If you're having trouble spotting your Aerofleet car, there are airport employees outside that can be of some assistance.

    2/24/2019 to 2/26/2019 - Quick service. These guys are good, they arrive on time and ready to serve you. Smooth ride from the Toronto Airport to Bond Place Hotel and smooth ride from the hotel and back to the airport. Very nice personable drivers. Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, couldn't be happier.     Wish Vancouver cabs were as nice cars as this, I'd consider taking more of them. It's not the cost, at least to me since it's a write off lol, but the cheap feel of the Yellow cabs, the smell, etc. Here, the car was immaculate. Not up to speed with my American sedans (I know their trucks though, love 'em) think this is a Lincoln, but very spacious, clean, leather seats. Seems high end but airport to DT is a flat rate of $55. They're more classier, I think, looking at their lack of decals or the lack of the Las Vegas style car top sign. Was the last fare for driver, so didn't say much at all, which was fine, being past midnite, we were all tired. Took the same route as my GPS ;) amex good. Will recommend over Beck's.

    Worst service ever!!! The driver argued with us and shouted at us. He made us feel humiliated. Stick with uber!!!

It was a very dirty cab that had this grungy film on the windows. First off, the radio communication was very very loud ( well beyond what someone would need -- unless they have a disability, then I apologize -- and it was nothing just agitated yelling at one another. He got lost and my passenger had to walk up the road to the next intersection to flag him down). He never acknowledged the mistake or apologized). Another issue -- and a huge safety issue -- was that our driver (taxi #1709) did not have a working seat belt on the passaged seat behind our driver). I was not allowed to sit in the front seat where I would have been safe as it was against, "their policy" (I was rudely brushed off when asked). He replied that he would just, "drive slow" as a solution. I managed to figure out the tangle of seatbelts to squeeze myself into my fellow traveller so I could use the middle buckle (which was not suggested to me, I figured it out myself) Over all, it was a disaster!
