Flown from Iguazu to Buenos Aires this morning, making a connection to Mendoza , Argentina. We did check in the night before and had our boarding passes for both segments, confirmed, baggage send and transfer to Mendoza, which is our final destination. To our surprise, there was a delay in our first segment. When we arrived in Buenos Aires, we made it to the gate that was starting to board our flight to Mendoza. While in line to scan our boarding passes, we were asked to step aside (four family members) in this reservation. Only one staff member and a computer are available, which was boarding passengers and couldn't close her screen to help us and tell us what was wrong with our reservation. The lady was very rude, short fused, and didn't answer questions. Never told us that we were left out of our flight and we were rebooked for the next day in the morning, departing from another airport, and our luggage was sent to our destination as we were suppose to. Stuck in Buenos Aires. No luggage.
Bouncing around from one window to another until we got. Hotel room and dinner. Took a few hours of line up to resolve, and every customer service window was a nightmare to get a straight solution. We understand that mother nature took place on delays and cancelation, but the airline sold are seats, change our reservation, didn't notify us while we were on the ground in iguazu (email was sent while we were on the air in-flight) and they didn't care about the consequences of us not reaching our destination tonight because we have Hotel reservations in Mendoza and tour services schedule for the morning. Their care and attitude had a lack of understanding and just didn't care.
Never understood why there was one computer and one staff member available at the gate to board the plane and unable to help the passengers stranded, which were only the foreigners, not the National. read more
