While very cute and not as hectic as the main airport, it can get claustrophobic. I flew in from Uruguay and was a little confused on exit signage to find my ride. I can blame it on the holiday rush I guess. Yet, thankfully I just met my ride outside on the Main Street, since again it's a smaller more intimate airport so no crazy traffic, and was on my way. Honestly it's more in the city which helps yet for big international flights the main airport is your best bet. If you also want to beat the crazy arrival rush just have your rider meet you on the Main Street. Well unless you have a ton of luggage then it's up to you. Luckily, it's just an extra 1-2 minute walk.

Any issues I had, I was able to reach out to someone via the app and a staff member was sent up immediately to fix the issue. The room was very spacious for two people. I will say, you might want to close the curtains during the day. It can get pretty hot in the room (even though the air conditioning is on full blast. We felt safe at the hotel as there was security at the front entrance what seemed like 24/7. The elevators are also controlled by the key cards so that was also a plus. Breakfast was great! The happy hours in the evening were great! We did not get a chance to visit the pool, but it looked big. I think it was connected with the Sheraton hotel next door. You can see it in the picture of the view from our room. I also want to give a shoutout to the staff who I encountered who went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the hotel was great (sorry in advance if I spell anyone's name incorrectly). Andrew, Roberto, Juan, Andrea, Pablo, Ramiro, Micela, and Rocio! Restaurants I would say to visit are: Fogon Asado (the Gorriti location) and try the Chef Counter experience. We found our room to be very plush, immaculate, comfortable and quiet. The towels, robes, & slippers were extra plush. The toiletries were luxurious. Our room had a double sink, magnifying mirror, blow dryer, separate shower & bath tub, bidet ... Our bar area had a refrigerator, nespesso & selection of glasses. Our room had a lot of plugs, an exention cord, safe, iron & ironing board, with a lot of closet and drawer space. Eloise lives at the Plaza & Andrea wants to live at the Park Tower! We could not have had a more perfect visit. I wish I could give the Park Tower 100 star! The hotel's location was great. We were able to walk around most of the city. We were the US equivalent of a two dollar taxi ride from most attractions. This is a safe part of Buenos Aires.  Gustavo Gallo, the concierge was so helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Daily, he helped to plan our itinerary to get the most out of Buenos Aires. His restaurant recommendations were on point. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Andrew at breakfast treated us like rockstar. His morning iced cappuccinos were over the top.  The fresh, beautiful & varied options at the buffet were satisfying, delicious & fabulous. During the heat wave, the air conditioner wasn't performing optimal. Ava couldn't do enough to make us cool. Men Came up during the day, opened the ceiling and adjusted the vents solving the issue. Ava came around in the evening for turn down service with ice, truffles and chocolates.

The hotel is around 40 minutes from the EZE International Airport or around 30,000 Argentine Pesos. The Sheraton is situated in the Retiro district and within walking distance to the train station, financial district, Presidential Palace, and pedestrian mall - Calle Florida. The Recoleta Cemetery and Modernized Wharf area is walkable but some distance away. Hotel is a bit aged, service is passable however their Bonvoy Elite line needs to be more distinct and separate from the general guest line. I waited quite awhile in the Elite line to be serviced as the general line was long and guests kept cutting into the Elite line. The reception people were too timid to tell the general guests that they were supposed to be a dedicated Elite receptionist. Rooms and hallways are in the need of a facelift while general, common areas are fairly modern. Club lounge had a variety of food choices however the Expresso machine broke down and was not repaired during our stay. The daily breakfast buffet in the Italian Restaurant had a large selection of items and omelette choices. Service quick and professional in the buffet. Very well run buffet. Overall: nice convenient location, front desk service needs refinement, club lounge and breakfast buffet are good with excellent service, felt safe and secure with visible and roaming security, while rooms need updating.

We were taking a Princess Cruise and they use this hotel so we booked a few extra days here to be able and tour Buenos Aires. The team here is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing but smiles. The room was shiny-clean and had everything we needed, especially a good working area for our computers. Queen size bed with comfortable pillows and plenty of towels. We defiantely like a larger room where it is easy to move about and this was perfect. We did not take advantage of the closet space and drawers as we were going to leave in three days. The Bathroom was large and extremely comfortable. The good shower with hot water is always a plus. There consierge services was perfect and the wonderful people at the desk help guid us everything we needed as well as two fabulous Michelin Steak Houses. They certainly knew there district. This hotel was very centrally located andwe could walk to many places. Breakfast was included and they had so many options which included various breads, muffins, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal and a kitchen that custom made your eggs. I must say that I was so surprised reading some of the one and two star reviews. Rooms are generally not ready at 10:30 AM, why would you expect them to be? Also, a bug... let me tell you the time there was a Palmetto Bug in my tub in Florida. There were no strange smells here, clean carpets and clean rooms. I was here for 2 weeks, and my room was great, a Junior Suite, very comfortable bed, nice blackout curtains and a nice bathroom. It is in the middle of everything, so many restaurants around, as well as bars and some good shopping. I only had breakfast in the restaurant, while it wasn't the best, the buffet was good, and the staff were excellent. The gym as great as well. Staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. A great hotel that I would gladly stay at again.

The Claridge Hotel is located a very short distance from the pedestrian streets of Florida, Lavalle and Reconquista, a mere 200 metres from the Pacific Galleries and is next to the 9th July Avenue. They even let us check in early and check out late . Amazing staff!
