That said, I worked internally for them as a Staffing Coordinator. Horrible experience! They took the account (worth $25M) over from Manpower in 2018 and dropped SEVERAL balls in the process, leaving both client and employee frustrated. Being the consummate professional that I am, I was humiliated and embarrassed when clients and employees would bring issues to my attention that should've never had happened in the first place. I'll give you a few examples: shorting multiple employees in paying hours worked on a weekly basis; one of the Staffing Managers displayed tiered pay rates in plain view on his desk yet allowed an employee who was not making the higher end rate (despite his being there for years) to use his computer (DUHHH); setting up candidate interviews for the evening and NOT coordinating with the client prior; leaving forms lie around all night with personal information (i.e. bank info, SSN, DOB, address, phone, etc.), and major attitude from Tarsy and Phylica. These issues were brought to the "millennial mommy's" (aka Operations Manager) attention as they occurred. No action taken. None. In short, DO NOT BOTHER!

I didn't get that impression from CSI at all. They have incredibly tenacious employees, who take heavy initiative and followup both with communications and professional care of their customers. I never went a day without hearing back from them - both email and even text! And I hate waiting for an answer! Monster, LinkedIN, and other massive applications I think literally drown their users, and are so saturated that without the help of a firm like CSI, executive clients will go unnoticed. LinkedIN uses mass content searches among millions of people, and with the constant strategic wording other candidates use, heavy dumping of buzz words, there is no way to get legitimate attention from Fortune 500 companies. I learned this painfully when I transitioned from the Navy into my IT management position. The offices are easy to access as well, being right off both MOPAC and 183, I won't have a problem dealing with the Austin traffic getting here. Don't use luck and hope to find the right fit, CSI is the place to be.
