Scott took his time explaining what the position entailed and answered my questions. He did such a good job nailing the best aspects of the company I couldn't wait to get on with the interview processes. Once we got the ball rolling and the preliminary conversations out of the way, Scott brought in his manager Chris, and together they stuck by me every step of the way. They tag teamed to keep me informed of where the employer was in the interview process and next steps. Two key points I took away from the experience... 1). before every interview with the employer, Scott set up a meeting between himself, Chris and myself to make sure I was prepared. Chris provide interview tips and answered last minute questions. They provided the website for the company I was interviewing for and a little bit of information on the individuals conducting the interview so I wasn't going in blind (this really helped with tailoring questions). 2). after the interview they checked in to see how things went. So, I agreed to meet with the recruiter anyways. While the recruiter I met with was kind, I felt like I was just building her database of candidates. At one point, she even said that if I want to know if they're working with a particular company to call her. Umm, I'm not giving you sales leads..sorry! Overall, nice staff but just your typical agency building their candidate database with NO responses to calls or e-mails when following up on opportunities listed on their website that I DID apply to. Thanks for wasting my time. I may have more luck finding something on my own after all

I was contacted by RHM Charlotte back in January of 2026 and interviewed for a position at a…read moredefense company. I was unaware that this was a staffing company until I walked into their office. The interview I was expecting with the defense company never happened. A week or so ago I was contacted again by Dylan at RHM and he stated to me by text that he had found me a position with a company and it was paying $32 an hour. I agreed to interview with this company however a couple days before the interview, Dylan contacted me to ask me what my current hourly wage is. I stated $27 per hour. His words to me were, " I can get you $28". At this moment I saw how dishonest he is so I cancelled the interview. I received a text from Dylan asking me "what happened". I don't care to reply to him and I hope he figures out why I cancelled the interview on his own. It's my life, it's my livelihood and I don't care to be lied to or taken advantage of.
