They get into those dusty corners, rearrange and organize items, and even make beds. They remove all garbage when done. They are also friendly and respectful of the delicate items in your home. I always offer snacks and water for them to have for a break if it is a long cleaning service. The manager and owner of J & O inspects your home before every cleaning and assesses what needs to be done and the fee. They are very reasonably priced for a cleaning service in Manhattan. I found them to be efficient and reasonably priced. I recently brought 8 silk drapery panels for cleaning. When I hung the panels I noticed two of the panels were shredded, in sections approximately 3 inches wide by 5-8 inches long, in the middle of the panels. I returned to James' cleaner 4 times, asking them to replace/pay to replace the two panels. I was told to return to speak with the owner. Fair enough but 3 of my 4 visits, he wasn't there. Multiple suggestions/comments were made, including "this silk is very cheap", "I thought you made these yourself", and the only offer made, "we can fold this back and you will only lose a few inches". On my last visit, I was told the owner said he packaged the drapes himself and there was no damage when they left the cleaner. I'm so disappointed in their customer service and shocked by the quality of the work.

When they got delayed again, we reached out to SERVPRO of West Bronx. After speaking with Frank and Jane Ann, two technicians, Nick and Christian, showed up the same day and provided us with a comprehensive water and flood damage inspection, estimate and timeframe. Needless to say, we went ahead. The team they assembled for this clean up were knowledgeable and professional. Having them on the case was super comforting because we knew we could trust them. When I needed cleaning last minute…read morefor a birthday, I contacted several companies eco way was one of them, they told me they don't have availability but will contact me if someone cancels, I found another company that was available and booked them the next day in the morning, but than eco way calls me and tells me they can come immediately same day at 4:30pm they saw the videos of my one bedroom and said they can come and clean it. I agreed and cancelled the other company, they came, rushed through everything and left in 1.5 hours. Floors were not washed, Coulter tips were not sprayed down and wiped, I'm small dried out mean from my sons early breakfast was still there!!!!! All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. I asked that my sons bed sheets be changed they did not change mine nor my sons. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth. When I have to clean and wash floors after maid I do not feel I should pay. But yeah I paid half of what they were trying To charge anyway.
