I absolutely loved how hidden the room is, and the cozy spa feeling. I remember how amazing the room smelled too. I'm not originally from Tulsa, and have high expectations for places like this. The initial phone consult is what impressed me and made me want to come. Beth is such a kind, professional, and beautiful woman! When I decide where to get my hair or makeup done, I've always looked at the person doing the services to get a good idea of what to expect. I explained that I am traveling and will not be back in Tulsa until February. Instead of helping me schedule something reasonable, I was told they could not accommodate me at all (Friday & Saturday). The tone, the attitude, just no! When I asked for a refund, I was put on hold for over 25 minutes until I had to go into a meeting (Must see attached screenshot). The entire experience felt dismissive and inconvenient, especially after prepaying for a service they now cannot provide. Very disappointing and not the level of care or professionalism I am used to. Hope this is not my only option in Tulsa.

My husband and I went here for couple massages and facials on March 7, 2026. We arrived 30 mins…read moreearly and were greeted instantly by the nicest young lady. She confirmed our services then handed us warm robes (yes they were toasty) and slides and escorted us to the locker rooms. She asked if we wanted mocktails or water and we opted for water, which she brought us promptly. We then had a choice to use the sauna or soak our feet and we opted for the foot soak. You can do both, you don't have to pick one or the other. The foot soak was fine, nothing fancy. But relaxing. I suggest you get there early to try the sauna and foot soak. Right at our appointment time, our massage therapists came and got us and we headed to our couples massage. The massage was for 55 minutes, and it was absolutely perfect. We were in the same room and we both had ladies that were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable at all times. They checked in with us on the pressure and how we were feeling and I really appreciated that. After the massage, we both had a facial but in separate rooms. They were great! We left there feeling so clean and exfoliated. On another note- The locker rooms are gorgeous with large changing rooms, a shower, a sauna, bathroom stalls and lockers for your clothes. Along with complimentary toiletries like tampons, hair ties, makeup remover wipes and lots of nice lotions and soaps. The showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I did get to see the men's as well, there were no men there and it was just as nice. They also had complimentary toiletries and a stocked shower. After talking about our experience together, we decided that we wouldn't change a thing. I will give a word of advice to the ladies- the massage therapist does massage your scalp and will get massage oil in your hair so be prepared to have oily crazy hair when you are done lol. That being said, you can shower there so you can be ready for your day. All in all it was a 10/10 for us and we will definitely go back.
