He returned with two very different concepts for our future pool. Once we settled on a preferred design, he was quick to make modifications along the way. Most people complain about how awful and stressful the pool building process can be, but this was NOT our experience at all. The crews worked on schedule and typically stayed later than expected. The schedule that was presented was strictly followed and any deviations were only due to weather and quickly adjusted for. The budget we had set out was adhered to (except where our eyes and hearts got too big on some materials). Occasionally, we have a little hiccup and Leo is extremely responsive and has a crew member out to our house to fix the matter immediately (no matter how big or small - from a loose tile to a burned out light inside the pool).
