The crew brought in the equipment to do the job and clean it up and did so very efficiently. The 2 cedars were saved by uprighting them carefully using ropes and hooks that were out of the way and secure. Each critical step was reviewed so that there were no surprises before they started and if there were any questions during the process we were consulted before moving forward. We gave him a deposit ($1150) to install the fence in Oct 2019 and the fence was never installed and we never got our deposit back. He apologized and said he suffered a concussion and that's was why he wasn't able to complete the work, which was completely understandable. He came back to pressure wash the deck and then we never heard back from him. It was just a very expensive deck cleaning! I would be very careful about providing a deposit as you may lose it.
