A little about me I'm a black trans woman who washes here because it's up the road from my house. I came in today b4 lunch and put my clothes in the washer and I'm in online classes so I went home to go to class I come back after a math exam at 6pm to dry my clothes and I'm med with outrage and her with a bodyguard to tell me I can no longer wash at her establishment and belittle me like I'm her child talking at me n demanding a answer from me. They kept following us around (even to our vehicle) and interrupting our conversations. It's like helicopter parents but worse. My husband & I didn't immediately switch our clothes over. They were in the washer for no more than 20 minutes. The owners crapped their pants about it. My husband had his earbuds in to avoid the clingy employees, but instead heard them talking badly about us because we didn't immediately move our clothes. The rough looking older female said we are taking advantage of good people. She yelled the F word ten minutes later because something wasn't working correctly. This place makes us very uncomfortable.
