The second complained about his hours with this company, came and "fixed" the problem. Neither "fixed" the problem. I called The Rooter Wizard on a Sunday expecting at best an answer machine. Much to my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone! He listened and arranged to be at my home the next day. He and his workers were on time (!), clean and assessed our issues. He was under the house and in the attic. Once his assessment was complete he showed us videos of areas of concern that we could not see. He is honest, compassionate, fair and complete. He maintains open communication, is fair and prioritized work that needed asap attention vs items that could be done at a later time. There were no surprises. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors. The Rooter Wizard maintains the highest quality work ethic we have experienced. We will not call another plumber- if you are thinking of calling a plumber, call the Rooter Wizard and your plumbing problems will be taken care of and you will know it was done correctly!

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

Imagine a person with OCD deciding to start a business cleaning septic systems, and you have Bracy's! Y'all, I never had a septic system before moving to this house, I didn't know you have to pump them er now and then. As a result, we lived here 15 years without having this done. Talk about the things we take for granted, I can now enjoy a full bath, secure in the knowledge that when I drain my tub my toilets no longer bubble like caldrons! I can do a large load of clothes and NOT have the washing machine drain eerily into my master bathroom shower. We don't have to make sure we have easy access to a plunger if we use the bathroom, nor do we have to stagger our "visits" into two-hour intervals, or visit the nearest store or fast-food joint if we can't wait. Called an independent repair person. Same issue. Said it probably wasn't installed correctly. Accutemp refused to cover under warranty. I will never use them again. Dishonest. Wanted me to replace major part of system that is only 2 years old.
