This was said to me before I had a chance to open my mouth. I was referred for Physical Therapy. Second appointment. He came in the room without looking at the physical therapist notes. I got emotional because this was so upsetting. I'm just looking for a game plan to get relief and get some of my life back. He referred me for a MRI. and before he walked out of the room turned around and told me "YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR MD ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH " I do see a doctor on a regular basis for years to help me and track my depression and anxiety. Third appointment. I didn't want to be in the room with him again. When I got the call to set up my follow up appointment I asked if he would even be looking at the results. I expressed to the staff how I had NEVER been gaslit by a doctor in my life!! My husband went with me. IT was as if a different doctor walked in that room that day. Explained I had spinal stenosis and actually sat down during this visit. Then referred me to pain management. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DOCTOR. SOME ONE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO HIM ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARD WOMEN. I recently met another female patient of Dr Lashley who said he told her "you just need to lose weight" I am appalled!!!! In all of my years of going to a doctors office, this rarely ever happens. So I made an appointment for an annual check up, and to renew my birth control, and the staff were all more then helpful. I also had to have a physical form filled out for work, and they kindly printed it for me, and Dr.Terry William didn't hesitate to fill it out for me although he wasn't my PCP. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service here, and the efficient work they do. I would highly recommend this office. Thanks, Associates In Women's Health. I'll see you guys next year.
