I agree with Sarah A. My husband ( an established patient) and due to him being relatively healthy had not had an appointment in 3 years, apparently in the past 2 years the office moved . He started feeling very bad and so made an appt. The person who scheduled his appointment DID NOT tell him that they had moved, so he went to the old office by the hospital. He called to tell them and the lady who answers for " appointments" was super rude on the phone telling him if he did not show up within 15 minutes of his appt he would have to reschedule. I called to make sure they did not cancel, the lady who answered the phone was super rude when I told her he had not been informed of the new location. She curtly and loudly responded with " We have been in this location for 2 years!" I told her well he hasn't been in for 3 years, she should have been able to see that when she scheduled the appointment and should have informed him." I told her that she was being very rude and asked for her name, which is Charlotte. If this office wants to retain patients they should send their employees for training on " Customer Service". They should remember that ultimately the patients pay for their salaries. read more

Extremely rude staff. My husband (an established patient) was running late to a sick visit and he told them so. They told him to hurry up and hung up on him. He did hurry and when he got there they were rude about it and wouldn't let him in to his appointment. There was one other person in the waiting room. I called to ask if he could be seen later that day and they also hung up on me. read more

Don't do it!!! Find another medical practice. The don't do Medicaid which I see no problem with that in and of itself. Its their business. But DON'T make appointments with Medicaid patients if you are just going to turn them away when they show up for their scheduled appointment. This has happened twice to my Dad. They said the hospital made a mistake on the time. And it is never later than the time your appt. was supposed to be. Always they had him scheduled an hour before, so they can mark him as a no show. If I could give them NO STARS I would. My Dad broke his back once last year and then again 2 weeks ago. Same thing both times. I have heard that the Doctors aren't competent by more than one person. But I have no personal knowledge of this since they turned him away both times. read more
