Make sure there is a Doctor there before you drive there. Both times were a Sunday! Only were doing drug testing! Couldn't do 2nd part of TB test. Powdersville AFC is where they told us to go! read more

While in Easley today from Greenville, my husband suddenly felt faint & lightheaded. I located AFC & drove him there. The staff quickly got him checked in. Nurse Sarah and Dr Gosnell were very pleasant & calming. They determined this was a drop in blood sugar. Scary but certainly nothing major. Very competent and helpful. read more

Made appointment online. Their "system" said they would text us 49 minutes before arrival if there were any challenges. Then they texted us to be here 10 minutes before our appointment. I am sitting in the cold and very uncomfortable appointment room. I am listening to a bad radio station from the nurses' desk. It's hitting the One Hour Mark. I hate when offices do this. You know they would be pissed off if they had to wait an hour for their appointment. If the DR needs more time with appointments, then allot the correct amount of time. Finally out the door 90 minutes later. UPDATE (From two stars to three stars): The office manager personally called to discuss our situation. We sincerely appreciated that. We feel confident that the staff will be a bit more compassionate with their clientele. read more

Took my mother this morning, with coughing and chest congestion. Staff added her, a little wait, but once in a room it wasn't long before a nurse practitioner came in and checked her out. Really nice lady, Donna Marler. Very nice and the same nurse practitioner she saw another time. I can't speak for the people that gave them a low rating, as for the two times I had to take my mother, they treated her very nice. She had a credit from the last visit, it was applied to her $35 co pay today, good deal! The staff is friendly and I would recommend coming here if you can't get an appointment with your regular physician or if it's "Urgent Care" that you need. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Brought my son in for vomiting with fever and waited a couple of hours. Saw doc who spent 5 minutes with us and said nothing to see here. Did not test for flu, covid, strep throat or anything and no meds. Two days later my son is still having bouts of vomiting now with higher fever. I called to at least get a script for vomiting and was told I could either bring him back for another visit, and of course I will have to pay again and my insurance will be billed again, or I could take him to the ER. He doesn't need a trip to the ER, he needs a prescription to stop throwing up. Is this the best there is to offer in medical care? I can only surmise this place is a scam-they take your money, but don't provide any treatment. Really! They can't treat vomiting? You will be better served treating yourself with over the counter meds. They are a joke! read more

I was travelling from out of town when my mother needed medical attention. A quick google search and we were pleasantly surprised when we recognized the AFC brand here in Easley. It was the same great care and looked almost exactly the same inside as the one I take my family to in Texas. Everyone was so nice. Always happy to see an AFC when we need medical attention whether at home or away. Thanks again everyone. read more

Had an appointment for urine test at 9 am. Filled out all paperwork on computer. Arrived ten minutes early-only one in waiting room. Receptionist took 10 minutes to find my information on computer-I almost had to fill it out again. At 9:30, the waiting room was filling up, and walk ins were being taken first. When I inquired, I was told to take a seat and they would call me. The receptionist then walks out in the middle of the crowded waiting room, throws up her arms, and bellows "Thank God it's Friday." Everyone was startled and staring at her. She then said, "Guess y'all don't care, huh?" Then she went back to the reception desk. I finally got called close to ten. It took all of ten minutes and I was thankfully out of there! Appointments are meaningless, and receptionist incompetent and non-professional. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time booking an appointment here. I had THREE appointments booked (two for virtual, one in person visit) and all of them were cancelled without my knowledge. I walked in for my 4:30 appointment and the woman at the front desk was an absolute WITCH asking me why I was standing there. Explained I have had the appointment since the day before and was unaware all the appointments had been cancelled for the day. Horrible horrible front desk etiquette , I wouldn't talk to anyone the way she did me , much less a sick patient hoping to be seen. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a healthcare establishment and me and my family will never step foot near one again. Shame on you people. read more

Refused to see my kid in person who was breathing funny due to an upper respiratory infection. Claimed there needed to be a telemedicine visit first to see if it was necessary. Had to drive a half hour to another urgent care out of town. We needed someone to listen to his breathing, not look at him over a camera. No point in having an urgent care if you won't see sick people. Disappointing. read more

Never would go back. Misdiagnosed and had to go to a real doctor two days later. They spend about 30 seconds with their patients.

Rude staff, poor communication, longer wait times than promised, kept delaying appointment and when we finally got in the doctor brushed us off and did not take our problems seriously. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Dismissed anything we said. Even the front desk staff are dismissive. Just go to the ER or to your general practitioner. You'll be better off without this Easley AFC. read more

Obviously in the middle of the flu season you can expect to wait longer times in the waiting room. What makes it so bad is the receptionist that checks patients in is extremely rude and unprofessional. This and they will not give anyone masks, so adults and children are all in a small space coughing and spreading their germs. While I was waiting I went up to the receptionist to ask for a mask, and before I could even open my mouth to ask she shouted at me "Just go sit down! They will get to you!". I was not going to complain about the wait or how slow they were. She was even ruder to other patients who were being respectful to her. She would just snap at them for no reason. Would give customer service from her a 0 star. The people in the back were a little friendlier. read more

The first time I was there I was horribly sick. I was told to buy mucinex and they would call me in ten days to see if I had been admitted to the hospital. I received no treatment. As promised, a week later they called and I was worse than before but no hospital admittance. I decided to go back thinking since I had not been treated they would not charge another co-pay. This was not the case. Not only did I use the call-ahead service and have to wait an hour before being called back (standard time), I also paid another copay. The front desk assistants unfortunately do not know how to pull any of the information you enter online so be prepared to do it all over again once you arrive. The main receptionist does not have the best customer service skills as she continually smarts off to customers and tries intimidation tactics when you ask simple questions. I would suggest going somewhere completely different to receive actual treatment from the get-go. You will save yourself additional headache and the added stress. I will say the two girls working on the research team not associated with AFC were very pleasant- they were the only enjoyable part of the entire process. read more

I made an online appointment for myself and my children to receive the flu vaccine. After waiting an hour and 5 minutes, the receptionist informs me that they are out of the flu vaccine. She said she was "sorry and didn't realize because she was doing paperwork." That is completely unacceptable. I was also told she tried to call the other office, but the line was busy. This was a lie, as I was able to get right through when calling in front of her. I was facing the front while waiting for over an hour, she never tried to call. Unfortunately, my children and I sat in there being exposed to other sickness far too long, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm aggravated to say the least, but disgusted at the lack of care and laziness. read more

I am a student from Clemson and before I went to AFC, I went to the health center at my school. They took a quick look at me and prescribed me some medication that had little to no affect on my pain (an ear infection). I went to AFC, and they addressed every single concern I had and found the real source of the pain and prescribed me medicine that actually helped. The process was quick, easy, and everyone there was incredibly friendly. Very high quality care, and I will definitely go there next time I get sick before I go to student health services. read more

Excellent and very timely service. Front office staff was friendly and courteous. We then saw two nurses and one MD and all had excellent bedside manner. The doc was very thorough while explaining what he was doing during the exam. He then took the time to answer all of our questions about the issue and fully explain the prescribed meds as well as suggest an OTC solution. He also had a great sense of humor! Great service in person... HORRIBLE BILLING DEPARTMENT. Authorized payment on one date. Noticed 3 weeks later it wasn't taken out of my account and was told it's at "central processing".... So my card number is on a system somewhere, for three weeks. I insisted it be paid and two hours later after refusing to hang up had a receipt and confirmation number. Sounds like a call center in India - though she insured me (female named "Gary") that she was on the east coast too, I could stop referencing timezones when telling her the history of me trying to give them money. I've never had a company give you such a hard time when you are trying to GIVE them the money! read more
