The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I was also experiencing other issues and NP Fuentes had expansive knowledge and showed great care to make sure that all my questions were answered. An example of Dr. Shraytman's professionalism is when he kept prescribing for YEARS that I take medicine for my Gerd only to find out you should never take it more than a few weeks! I called for test results that were promised by email three days prior but I never received. Spent 45 minutes on the phone and had to stop the call so I can get started at work. Was sent straight to voicemail, then after all of that, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I get a person with accusatory tones and "matter of fact" way of speaking. I get it. You had a bad day. Please don't take it out on a guy who just wants to know the results of a singular test. Working customer service myself I understand the hardships that come with the job. I also know when someones having a terrible day and starts a power play with a customer. Technical mistakes happen. We're only human. Sometimes it's no ones fault.
