He showed up exactly on time and immediately put me at ease. The problem turned out to be a bit trickier than originally guessed but he worked quickly and calmly and had it solved and fixed within the hour. His professionalism and calm intelligent manner was very welcome in a stressful moment and I was very impressed with his quality work. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need.
