The staff are consistently friendly, the public areas are spotless, and security is always kind and welcoming when you come to visit. Parking is plentiful, with both paved spots and shaded parking available in front of buildings under the trees. The food is delicious, and the dining plan makes daily life easy and enjoyable. You can grab a quick order at the bistro or sit down for a more traditional restaurant-style meal. He has fallen multiple times and was left lying on the floor--naked and alone. Not only is this undignified, but it's also dangerous. He cannot feed himself, yet staff routinely drop off his food and walk away. The meals sit untouched and grow cold because no one assists him. On one visit, I was there for over six hours--not once did anyone come to change him or check on him. The nurses? Sitting at the desk. The aides? Overwhelmed or indifferent. When food was delivered during my visit, the aide casually said, "You can feed him." When I asked who would feed him if I wasn't there, she responded that she had other residents to tend to. Unacceptable. The room smelled horribly of neglect, and when concerns are raised, the excuses pile on: "Our backs hurt," or worse--suggestions that we hire a private nurse on top of the Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security funds they are already receiving for his care. This is not just poor service--this is neglect. Nspire is failing its most vulnerable residents while collecting substantial payments. It's time for lawyers, advocates, and health care authorities to take a hard look at what's really happening behind these doors. Our seniors deserve better. My dad deserves better. Enough is enough.

My dad was sent there to help him get his mobility back after been hospitalized for more than a month and he was supposed to get PT and OT everyday which in 10 day he only got few Therapies, on top of that he was on controlled medicines for his heart, blood thinners, and antibiotics to help him with a infection, they DID NOT give him all his medications !! his infection got into his blood to the point that he started hallucinating for 2 full days my mom and I reported to them as soon as we saw him acting completely different to his normal behavior and they just ignored us !!! it took me 3 days to get in touch with JORINE JOSEPH the "SOCIAL WORKER" which gave me such an actitud when I told her I was trying to get in touch with her for so long ! I ask HER and the NURSE MANAGER RACHEL to please transfer my Dad to an ER for days and THEY didn't wanted to do it until they have a doctor's "authorization", a doctor that we never met in 10 days, I practically have to beg for my Dad to be transfer !! He finally got to Cleveland clinic (our choice) on CRITICAL condition THANKS TO ALL THE NASTY HUMANS THAT WORKS THERE !!! Like most businesses of this size, they only cared about dollars and not the well-being of their residents and it showed. I won't go into specific details on this platform. However, if you are considering Westchester as an option, I will be glad to answer any questions you may have. I am baffled that they haven't been shut down, because they should be.
