I started going to the practice 27 years ago. Dr B (rip) was the first person I saw and then for the last 2 decades I have been with Dr Fialkof who was spectacular. Unfortunately she retired and I saw Dr Curtis. After 1 visit I will never go back to this practice again. Horrible bedside manner, would not let me talk about my history or the issues I was concerned about- total malpractice. She did not apply lidocaine properly prior before removing my moles and then Didn't care that when she cauterized my wound that I felt every bit of it. Cannot ever recommend them again. read more

Both times I went for a body scan it was very rushed. The second time I went they never put in my script for eczema. My mom has had same issues with prescriptions not being sent in. Will not go back. read more

Cancer skin check prevention Terrible gotten wrong PA never told that my PA was not there that day when I requested this healthcare provider on the phone to office Requested to remove a growth under my eye and she said "I won't charge this" I walked out then realized there was another one I told her about... she ran out to another patient. She spent little to no time for cancer screening( she rushed). Not professional. I felt like I was a nuisance Awful experience. Office workers were nasty.. I told them I m here to see a specific PA for cancer screening and woman said "oh she is not here today" they made my appointment to see her specifically because she was thorough and took her time for questions. That day I was extremely pissed off because my appt was mid afternoon and left me waiting in the waiting room room alone after other patients left. I waited 2 hrs for NO REASON. Office workers and some staff was leaving for the day. This was just to do a quick removal of small growth under eye . Same nasty PA who also said " I won't charge you for this again" DONT EXPECT ME TO RETURN EVER AGAIN TERRIBLE OFFICE HELP AND HEALTHCARE. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a follow up and second treatment for my Granuloma Annulare. However, it went away within days of the first treatment so I didn't need a second treatment. I even got a high five from the doctor!! it was awesome. While I was there I asked about removing a few skin tags, she was able to do them that day and I was in/out in less then 15 mins. I have already recommended them to all of my friends! I call the phone number and they said they called me to cancel my appointment and I know I gave them the right number. But they said they to call me . It seemed very strange . I've been their once and the front office staff was generally friendly the first time I was there but I called today to see if there was any availablity for me to be fit in earlier than when my followup was scheduled for. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and wouldn't let me finish a thought/question. As a result, she wasn't fully understanding what I was asking and continued to interrupt me. I don't think its an unreasonable thing to do to call and ask if I can be seen sooner. If I can't be seen sooner, it is what it is, but this person made it seem like I was asking for something unreasonable and outlandish. Very unprofessional. read more

I'm a New patient with this office and have visited both the bridgewater and Morristown office. I had a very poor experience with the phone system in terms of trying to get an appointment and also the office always seems to have an issue. I showed up for an appointment after being on a trip for a week and was told when I got to my appointment that I cannot be seen because I had to be quarantine for 14 days even though New Jersey states that quarantine is voluntary and I had to no symptoms fever etc. I took about a month to get that appointment and now who knows when they will get me in again. Scheduling seems to be the most difficult problem with this office..would NOT RECOMMEND. I was told I was going to get a call back to reschedule my appointment and I never did. read more

Just returned from an office visit here. I scheduled an appointment for skin tag removal, a full body check and to have a mole removed. The P.A. came in and immediately told me that she only had time for either the skin tags or the full body check! on the way out at check out I paid what the receptionist told me to pay and left. I don't typically give reviews because I believe that especially for a negative experience, a provider or a place of service has room to grow, only realizing too late that this one is worth sharing for the sake of others who are looking for a good dermatologist but does not want the aggravation of poorly trained staff or perhaps just plain ill-mannered employees that you will have to encounter at some point. My family has been a patient of this practice for a few years now. We have seen two doctors and thus far, they seem to work out. Dr Grob is very professional, thorough, answers your questions, and does not make you feel hurried or makes you feel that your time is less important than theirs. The issue with this place is the staff. We arrived at 10:03 am for a 10:15 appointment. The instruction was they would give you a call before you could come up. While waiting in the car, I had to take an urgent call from work. I saw that the clinic was trying to call me presumably to let me know to go up but I missed the call at 10:12 and then again at 10:15 and no message was left. As soon as I hang up at 10:16, I called the main number in Morristown to let the Bridgewater clinic know that we were waiting and missed the calls and that I would wait for directions before we could go up. 20 minutes passed and no phone call. I called again and spoke to the same person Carlos who said that we could go up now. I said how could we go up if no one would call and let us know. To make matters worst, once upstairs, the staff was rude and said he called twice and did his part and did not even acknowledge our frustration. I told him "why did you not call again, we were waiting for 20 minutes and no one called me". He said that "he did all he could" and that was that and he would not apologize & brushed us off nonchalantly. I shared this with Dr Grob and she apologized on the staff's behalf. She said that she did not know about it and that she would address. I said I had no intention to put someone in trouble, this just needs to be addressed because it is NOT right. Front facing employees should have the courtesy and proper follow through to deal with the customers especially when we are paying for their salaries. Lastly, I've been calling them since this morning to follow up on a script for a blood work and was on hold for 10 minutes. No one picked up the call although I know someone was manning the line and then it would go revert back to recording. As far as the website says, phone call center is open Mon to Fri, 7 am to 3 pm EST. Just sharing. read more

Very disturbing!! This office was very unprofessional!! This office was the most disgusting doctors office myself & my husband have ever been in or seen!! I work in a medical office & this is truly horrifying! Disgusting!! OSHA needs to visit this office!! Not to mention staff was in a rush to "leave early" so paper work was rushed!! I give NO stars... I guess certain strokes are for certain folks. I came here in hopes of finding out why my skin suddenly started breaking out constantly. Leaving dark marks and ruining my face. I met with a young male doctor. He prescribed me a face wash and a night serum. The face wash was supposed to be generic and broke me out soooooo bad. I was burned from the product and it made my face react to everything even aloe lotion. I went back weeks later for help and he subscribes me something else. I thought their were tests that could be ran or something before just making me try and buy another product but I guess not. I never bought the product because I was afraid to waste more money and irritate my face again. Recently I have just been using Cetaphil. The front desk staff is really nonchalant and snotty but the doctor was cool. I just wish the effort to figure out the issue was a little more than assigning me a new medicine which anyone can do read more

I changed dermatologists as it was closer to where I work in Bridgewater. They recommended removal and said I had to go to their Morristown location, not what I wanted, but they said it looked like cancer and should be removed. When I arrived, they took my insurance card but did not ask me to pay the copay of $250, of which I did not know I had. Every other doctor I have ever been to takes the copay before the appt. If they insisted, I would have cancelled the appt. My prior dermatologist would have performed the procedure in her office. Dr Lee did a nice job, but the ambulatory center was not necessary. Also, when I got the bill 1 month later, the phone # was not on the bill and there was no invoice #, very odd. When I finally spoke to billing, she had no answer as to why they take the copay in their office and not at the Morristown ambulatory center. It gets worse, 2 weeks later I had something else removed in Morristown, again they did not ask for the $250 copay. Now I got $500 of charges that only would have cost $100 at my last dermatologist. Needless to say, $250 copay is outrageous when I'm paying $11,000 for insurance. I have appealed it with Horizon as it is not listed on the insurance card. read more

I have been going to Dr. Fialkoff for years and think she is a good dermatologist. The problem is her staff and front desk person (Adriana) is so miserable, you want to walk out before you even get your appt. My 9 year daughter had an appointment with Dr. Cooper in the office. He too is nice, but we waited almost 1.5 hours to get to him because Adriana decided to block our appointment because she was waiting for my insurance company to call her back. They have had our insurance card for years and insisted that I needed a referral (which I do not). She waited over an hour to let me know that she wouldn't let us in without a referral. I told he I would call my doctor and just get it if that is what she wanted because she wouldn't believe me. She barked at me, do what you want. I called my doctors office to get he referral and had my primary doctor on the phone and she folded her arms and looked at me and said she wouldn't take the call. I put my doctor on speaker and apologized to her. My doctor asked for the office manager and she too was just as nasty and wouldn't talk to my doctor. It was unbelievable and embarrassing. I was ready to walk out when a nurse came and got us. She apologized for the nasty staff, but by this point my daughter and I were upset. While we were waiting for the doctor, the nasty manger (Jessica) came into the room and demanded that I call my doctor back for a referral. At this point, I told her to call my doctor herself because I tried to be nice and help out, but the entire staff was just so miserable. If you don't mind waiting and dealing with the most miserable people in the world, the doctors are good. Really hope Dr. Fialkoff makes some changes in her office staff or she is going to lose some good customers. read more
