Consulting Charges - $1055.28 (This is for Dr. Anup Patel) Removal of support implant - $855.28 (Removal of Splinter) Office outpatient visit as a new patient - $200 Imagine that if you go to Walmart and try to buy something and they ask you if you are a new customer and charge you $200. I got a bill for $512.61 over and above the copay that I paid. I called the person there to explain why the charges are high and they don't call back and if they do they can't answer your questions. No wonder costs are high when care providers are also on the rip off game.

Did not know of how foot should be set into foam molding cast, Dr.Thapar showed both procedures. Confirmed by Dr.Thapar shoes and molds WOULD BE COVERED BY MEDICARE AND MY INSURANCE U.H.C. plan F. 7/7/26 Diabetic custom inserts not fitting L.foot properly, told to take them home and NO PROBLEM to bring them back. 7/9/26 called office, need appt to adjust custom shoe inserts. NO PROBLEM they will pass message. Called 3x in two weeks, wanting confirmation to bring unworn shoes back to Dr.Thapars office. Each time , office said NO PROBLEM! 7/30/26 Dr.Thapar said manufacturer will not take back worn shoes. Use Portal, we do not fax. Or pay $1 per page to get your records. His office is always very clean and professional. All the front desk receptionists are courteous and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My 95-year-old mother was under Dr. Olivieri's care for over 25 years, and she was always very comfortable and felt safe. The doctor was always gentle with her. Many other family members have also received excellent foot care from Dr. Olivieri. I have always highly recommend Dr. Olivieri to all my friends and family for many many years. His practice is open six days a week until 7:30 PM. It's unheard of to find a doctor who practices and serves patients six days a week! I've been going to him for 25 years and will continue to do so to keep my feet healthy. Highly recommended!

When addressed the receptionist was nonchalant and just said ok we will fix it. But why was it there in the first place. Very sketchy. When I arrived to my follow-up appointment the rude receptionist said I had a balance on my account. So I paid it on my UHC app. After 20 mins she told me that I will not be seen until my balance is paid. I advised her that I paid it and showed her the receipt. She said she didn't see it on her end and I let her know that it says it may take a while to show as posted. She then asked me what UHC was. You would think she would know the abbreviation of United health care. Smh. At this point I was annoyed because when booking the appointment they could have told me that I would not be seen until my payment posted. It was very unprofessional and the receptionist was very ghetto. I ended up just canceling my appointment because I had to take time away from work to see a doctor that had me waiting 20 minutes just to tell me that I can't be seen. I can't make this up. And then I was prescribed some mediocre cream. After doing my research I learned that doctors wouldn't recommend this cream. The whole experience was absolutely horrible and I will be getting a second opinion. I would not recommend.
