Dr. Baldasare, Dr. Ortiz and the Staff at Affinity Health and Wellness are amazing! About a year ago, I was experiencing what I like to call residual pain from a prior incident/accident and needed to continue my Chiropractic care after moving to Orlando. I happened to find AHWC after a quick internet search. After confirming that they were in-network providers for my insurance (and of course checking the Yelp reviews!), I scheduled an appointment. I has been a love-love relationship every since. If you're a new to chiropractic care, no worries - they will walk you through the process, explain how the testing and treatment works in addition to confirming co-pays & what portions are covered by your insurance before you get started. They offer payment plans if you don't have insurance (be sure to use the yelp check deal for your initial visit!). They use current methods for diagnosing and treatment combined with a holistic approach to healing. I like that they are flexible with scheduling spinal manipulations - you can either schedule appointments or come in as a walk-in. Generally, I prefer coming as a walk-in so that I'm not bothered with being late. Also, on-site are 2 Massage Therapists and an Esthetician. I've had appointments with all of them and they are all wonderful. They are "open to the public" so you don't have to be a Chiropractic patient to schedule with the Massage Therapists or Esthetician. I have found the Fountain of Youth! Big shout out and Thank You to aestheticsbysheree_np and Angela Baldasare at Affinity Med Spa & Wellness Center. I have been getting amazing facials and massages there for years but have been reluctant to do any injections. All that changed today! I am so happy with the results of the lip filler in helping to bring back a more youthful look to my face. The picture was taken immediately following the injections so you can see the little needle marks and redness but there are no filters or enhancements done to the photo. And the glossiness to my red lips is just the numbing cream. . Thanks again Angela for finally talking me into doing this. I had a shoulder injury and needed a chiropractor that could see me right away.. I booked the first available appointment online for a New Patient special which included an Exam, X-Ray, & Adjustment for $39.. Dr. Baldasare indicated I sprained my shoulder and gave a recommendation on my treatment plan which included 6 chiropractic adjustments for $270, 6 traction/stretching for $180, & 3 joint injections for $297. All together I paid out of pocket $786 which was not covered by insurance but I was willing to pay for my recovery. After my treatment plan ended I wanted to continue returning but it was out of my budget. I am extremely thankful for Dr. Baldasare and the entire staff for my recovery. My only recommendation is to offer a membership plan (I am currently a patient at another chiropractor location that offers a membership plan which includes 1 adjustment per week at $69 per month). read more

She is highly skilled and the best massage therapist I have ever had. I get pressure points in my hip and she works it out. Great preventative therapy for me. I also get the rezenerate facials with Karen Marie. She is one of the best estheticians and has a ray of services for facials to provide. Highly recommend. Lyndsey is a great manager and is always helpful. The membership for massages and facials if you go all the time is definitely worth it and makes it affordable. Hurt my back after a workout and had to come in to see the Chiropractic doctors at Affinity Healthcare. On each visit the staff members have been friendly and professional. The doctors are very friendly and make sure to walk you through all details of your diagnosis to ensure that you understand everything that may be wrong. I've been adjusted by Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Rudoni and I have already begun to feel a lot better. I'm in an ongoing therapy program for the next five weeks so hopefully we will see a drastic improvement in my situation with my back. I'll judge that through my reevaluation after the program is over and take another set of X-rays. Frankly, I am a returning patient, who quit my neck and back pain treatment here 2 years ago for a physical therapist, but I notice a big difference today. From the reservation, which I made a few days ago with Angie by walking in; to having my vitals with Jennifer and xrays taken by Tray; to meeting with Dr. B, then having the first few treatments; and reconciling the payment with Sanantha, it was a total package of synergy. It was busy, but I guess the new computerized system, perhaps helps bring the services of this wellness center up a knot or two. The friendliness, too. We just moved back to the area not long ago & my mother now lives with us; she used to go to Affinity till we moved 7 years ago. They've not just changed locations, they've changed their focus. I called about chiropractic treatment for her & all the person I spoke with could tell me was about the med spa. I was told "our main focus is the med spa while our chiropractic treatments is not at the forefront." I said thanks and I would call back. I decided to drive out there to see if any of the old employees were still there and ask what they think; not one person except for the doctor. The entire front office staff was wiped out so I talked to exiting customers; all they talked about was the med spa. At that point, I decided to just find another chiropractor. This is disappointing because they used to be great; it's okay to add to the business but not at forsaking employees & what used to be the main focus. It should tell you something that the chiropractic aspect is not that highly valued anymore when it doesn't say "chiropractic" anywhere on the front but along the back of the building it's up there. She really gets into problem areas. After walking out of my first appointment, I scheduled another right then and I will most likely get their membership. Can't speak much for the office and their staff as I did not have the opportunity to meet them. I was given an appointment for 2:00 PM and told to show 15 min. early for the paperwork. I showed up at 1:45 pm as requested to the doors locked. On the door the office hours were from Tue 9 - 12 and 3 - 6. So not only was I given an appointment for a time that they were not open, they wanted me to show up 15 min. early and sit outside by the door. Don't know if this is typical for this office, but I'm sure I will not reschedule or recommend. Something I think these Dr.s think is that their time is more valuable than ours, so Dr. Baldasare and Dr. Rudoni find yourself another new patient and waste their time. read more

I've been a client of Karen Marie's for about three years. Several months ago, after an unusually long dental appointment, I awoke the next day with very bad back pain. I had an appointment with Karen Marie that day and told her about my back. She immediately introduced me to Dr. Baldasare. (I'd been skeptical my entire life about chiropractors.) He immediately dropped what he was doing, listened to me and provided treatment recommendations for the weekend. (I was also training for a half marathon). I saw him the following Monday and felt great within minutes of my adjustment. He's awesome as is the entire office staff. They strive to know all their patients and guests by their first name.
