I have an auto loan through this horrible place. 7 different times I tried to set up automated…read morewithdrawal. While holding up to 30 to 40 minutes each time. Now they just charged me 1200 dollars extra because my current insurance company mistakenly took the vehicle off of full coverage. Ten minutes later after i found that out full coverage was applied. Still back charged 330 dollars a month for 3 months. This bank is horrible and has been nothing but trouble shame on them.
