Because i had to stand there, waiting for my name to be called, I didn't get to see anything else at your venue. Next year, I'll eat somewhere else and watch the show from somewhere nearby, instead of paying for parking.

The owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating... I just love them all to pieces. 319 itself is a large open room fitted with a projector screen, a dance floor, huge windows, and loads of way to modify the set up. There is also an outdoor patio with a bar that can be opened. They also have two other smaller buildings facing S. Campbell, both of which would be perfect for a smaller catered dinner or small reception. (The room with a fireplace is super adorable) Speaking of the food... we were lucky enough to have had them cater the fundraiser we held for the serious and OH MY GOODNESS THE SPINACH DIP! We are rewards travelers, so they upgraded us to a suite. Love the 2 shower heads and that it had a tub. For some reason the king bedrooms usually had just a shower, so nice surprise. They have a very small indoor pool and workout area. No ice machine on first floor. Our suite was largeish... tables to put suitcases and large desk. Couch and 2 rolling chairs. I appreciate the makeup remover amenities. Bathroom counter was nice sized but only 1 sink. We rearranged the room to not be stubbling toes or hurting knees on the dark walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We can hear slight traffic sounds but it didnt bother us. If it does download white noise app. But the traffics sounds kinds were white noise. Only stayed couple nights but enjoyed and would stay here again. Several restaurants nearby.
