I decided not to get the estimate on the third attempt as I believe this is indicative of how the company will respond when getting the actual work done should I have selected them. They have 1 estimator that only works 3 days a week. They don't call back with updates. When you bring their negative behaviors to their attention they start back peddling and don't want to hear it. What's even more concerning is the management is condoning this behavior. I won't ever use this place for nothing. If it isn't oilfield/commercial related it means nothing to them. Residential customers are not a priority nor a concern!!!! If your reading this, notice how their management responded to the good reviews, but didn't say one thing about the bad reviews. Exactly my point. They don't care! There are other reliable metal building contractor out there. I called a few on Tuesday, got quotes from them on same day. I made my decision on who to use and they started yesterday. My project is almost complete. No thanks to Redneck metal buildings.

My bosses like to support this company every chance they get. They may not have the most extensive selection of items, but their customer service has been excellent... always offering assistance & checking on customers.
