I had to constantly educated him. His assistant lied on several occasions. I had to continuously remind her of what to do to meet deadlines. She would not return phone calls or emails from me nor the providers involved. When I confronted her about this she then refused to answer the phone when I called the office. I called from a different phone number and she answered immediately. It would have been much less stressful and I would have had a better settlement if I had dealt directly with the insurance company.
