I am giving two stars simply because they did get my cousin's fiance out of jail, but I felt very…read moreused in the process. I informed them I would be late and they asked me for my credit card info over the phone to help "speed up" paperwork. I already felt uncomfortable doing it but they said they wanted to verify it was actually my credit card, which was rude but I am sure they encounter all types of people doing this, and I assumed they needed to write my info on multiple papers. Several minutes later, I get a text notification thanking me for my payment of $4500 which I did not authorize. There was an issue at the jail when we were informed at the last possible moment that my cousin's fiance had an outstanding warrant with state police and they couldn't tell us how much more I needed to pay. I asked if I could back out of the situation and get my money back because I did not want to agree to pay an unknown additional amount of money. They told me that there was a service charge for giving me back my money and they would keep $450 of the $4500 even though I did not authorize them to run my card in the first place. I felt bullied and pressured the entire time and wish I had gone elsewhere. 20/20 hindsight.
