In the front yard they removed a shrub and a small tree with surrounding pachysandra and reseeded the area. (Please see before and after pictures.) They were very responsive and pleasant from the first email, easy to contact, and listened well to our needs/wants. Estimates for the work were detailed, easy to understand, and reasonable. I have to remind them to call ahead of showing up and I have had my gate left open a number of times which negates the purpose of having a fenced in yard for my dogs. They changed their chemicals to an ineffective blend last year and were aware of this. They came to treat later, but I pay to have a green lawn and not to follow up and wait. They increased their billing this year after having me agree over the phone to continue my service with them. Janet has stated that nothing will be done or looked at despite the billing increase. Again, my lawn looks great this year already and did two years ago, but there are inconveniences that may come with their service to be aware of.
