Great service, understanding, and flexible... Oh, and the food was surprisingly good. My brothers and I were planning a 50th Anniversary party for our parents, and I didn't want us to be cooking and dealing issues, so my wife found Alicia here on Yelp. Within a few hours of our contact, we had a menu worked out for a very fair price, with delivery and serving in Teague, 45 minutes or more from Corsicana. The Tuesday before the Saturday event, we received word that a vital family member was ill, and rescheduling became necessary. I called Alicia, and her first concern was that my parents were OK. I apologized and asked if it was too late to move to another date and venue with her, and she provided her available Saturdays. A couple of months later, we were able to successfully execute our event in Fairfield, different venue-different town-SAME caterer, and we were ecstatic about the food and service. Alicia and her staff really connected. We had brisket and sausage, mac-n-cheese, slaw, nanna pudding & cobblers, with sweet tea. All was good and I had no concerns with the quality of people we'd invited to help us. We recently used Alisia and her crew for catering at our daughter's outdoor wedding. We did all the planning and working out details for the event via phone call, text or email since I am not in the Corsicana area. It went off without a hitch (LOL)! So innovative and creative, outstanding food, beautiful wedding and grooms cakes - Alisia even used foilage from the outdoor setting to accent the cake! Alisia Greer is absolutely wonderful! She was the only person I even considered to cater my daughter's wedding because I knew I could trust her to make everything beautiful and delicious. Of course, she did not disappoint. My daughter chose a Fajita Bar for the meal at her wedding. The presentation was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing!
