It weighs 850 pounds.) from my home. Mind you, I paid $950 to move this bed into my home from my garage. They had no clue how to move it. They said they watched a video on how to move it before they showed up. They didn't bother to take the mattress off to make it easier. Even after I showed them a video of HOW IT WAS MOVED IN!!!! I even gave the name of the company who moved it in. They chose to go CHEAPER!! They dropped the bed in my kitchen. I knew they had to have damaged it. THEY DID!!! One of the rails was damaged. REMEMBER THERE ARE ELECTRONICS IN EACH RAIL. They had taken a board off the door casing in the room they moved it out of. They bent the heads of the finishing nails when they put it back. They were in a hurry to leave. Instead of fixing it right then and there, they said (Joseph Robinson) would come back and fix it. He gave me several dates that he would come (May 2nd, May 9th, May 18th, May 19th and May 21st) but never showed then ghosted me!!!! Why is this important? The cc companies have fraud protection so you can dispute if there are damages. Also, im pretty sure they do this to avoid taxes not just to save a few % on credit card processing fees. Second, they make changes last minute and add on fees - elevator fees? Then don't use an elevator and use the flight of stairs and don't charge me. The movers didn't break a sweat using Dollie's. So the end fees will be 2x-3x (from other prior reviews I just saw before they took them down.) of the estimates. Storage. We're moving from Boston to Los Angeles, and they will keep the boxes in their storage before moving. The rate limiting step is the move, which takes 10days. But they don't do that because storage in CA may be more expensive. They then delay the shipping while the customers suck o. Their thumbs.
