She told third-party lenders that we didn't have the defendant's insurance information, even though I had already provided the firm with video evidence confirming the carrier. Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff gaslit me, telling me to "trust in them or don't," and Phil Geurts actually called my documented proof "insane" and "defamatory".  The absolute worst part is their shady, retaliatory tactics. When I held them accountable for their errors, they retaliated by dropping my case. They had an associate use a random out-of-state Utah cell phone number to try and sneakily give me "oral notice" on a Friday morning for a Monday withdrawal hearing.
