I called the morning of, they answered, quoted me straight for what I wanted (a great price!). When I arrived, they let me know it would take a few hours, and I said I needed to go to the mall and they offered to drop me at the bus stop (now that's customer service!!) which I accepted. When I arrived back from the mall (I was a little early) they were almost done with the car, and offered me bottled water while I waited a few minutes, and conversed with me meanwhile (how nice!). They did a superb job and went the extra mile, and were happy to check on anything I pointed out, and many thanks to Orlando and Angel for their hospitality! The car feels brand new (and it's over 10 years old!) :-) I'm certainly coming back here whenever my mother needs her car done. These guys give the name "small business" the royal crown. They hand wash/hand wax and hand clean and vacuum, and those details count especially money-wise for those nooks and crannies the machines can't get to.

Sent Eric and Gerardo on a Sunday and did a spectacular job with our old 2007 Suburban, erasing years of dirt and discoloration (see photos). Eric takes the time to do it really well, they deliver beyond expectations at a very readable price. I also gave them my newer Audi Q7. Eric is a real Detailer.
